Payment Terms – Printorius Inc.

By placing an order with Printorius Inc. (“Printorius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Payment Terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Other payment gateways integrated via WooCommerce

Note: All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Printorius Inc. does not store full credit card information.

2. Payment Timing

  • Full payment is required at the time of order for all online orders.

  • Orders placed via email or phone must also be prepaid unless a separate agreement is made.

  • Orders will not be processed, produced, or shipped until payment is successfully received.

3. Taxes & Additional Charges

  • All orders are subject to applicable sales tax based on your shipping or billing address.

  • Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and must be paid with the order.

  • Any promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers will be applied at checkout as outlined.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment, you authorize Printorius Inc. or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

  • If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders with invalid or unauthorized payment information.

  • We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

  • Disputes related to chargebacks or unauthorized payments may be referred to our legal team.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Any adjustments due to canceled or modified orders will be applied to the original payment method.

  • All payment transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption (SSL).

  • Your payment details are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways for your protection.
