1. Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via UPS.

  • UPS provides tracking information for all shipments.

  • Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Printorius is not responsible for UPS delays caused by weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and shipping method.

  • Any additional charges incurred due to special handling or delivery requirements will be passed to the customer.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard production and processing times apply before orders are shipped.

  • Once shipped, UPS estimated delivery times apply:

    • Domestic (U.S.): typically 1–7 business days depending on service selected.

    • International: varies by destination and customs processing.

  • Printorius is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes for international shipments.

4. Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Use the UPS tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Printorius is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if UPS must reship a returned package.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Printorius will work with UPS to investigate lost or damaged shipments.

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders.

  • Replacement or refund decisions are made at Printorius’ discretion and depend on UPS investigation results.

7. Signature Requirements

  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

  • If no one is available to sign, UPS may leave a notice or return the package to a local facility.
