Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using www.printorius.com (“Website”) or placing any order with Printorius Inc. (“Printorius,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, uploading artwork, creating orders, or purchasing any products through this Website or through direct communication with us (email or phone), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern:

  • Your use of the Printorius Website and online ordering platform

  • Orders and payments

  • Use of uploaded artwork and customer content

  • Shipping and production rules

  • Intellectual property

  • Limitations of liability

Additional policies, such as our Privacy Policy and Returns/Refund Policy, are incorporated into these Terms.

2. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Website and may request deactivation of your account.

3. Electronic Communication

By using the Website or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from Printorius electronically, including emails, system notifications, and notices posted on our Website.

If you withdraw consent to electronic communication, we may be unable to provide you with certain services or process new orders.

4. Use of the Website

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our Website solely for:

  • Learning about Printorius products

  • Uploading artwork

  • Placing orders

  • Managing your account

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute Website content

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract data

  • Use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Interfere with security features or website operations

Violation of these conditions may result in termination of access.

5. Account Registration

To place orders through the automated system, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current personal or company information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all actions under your account

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Customer Provided Content (Artwork, Designs, Files)

When uploading artwork, graphics, logos, or any design (“Customer Content”), you affirm that:

  • You own the rights to use the material OR have obtained proper permissions

  • The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or any third-party rights

  • The content is not unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or harmful

You agree to indemnify and protect Printorius from any claims related to intellectual property violations or misuse of the content you submit.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

File Storage

Files uploaded with an order may be stored for up to 30 days. After that period, they may be permanently deleted.

7. Artwork & Print Requirements

To ensure quality results, we recommend:

  • Minimum 300 DPI resolution

  • CMYK color format (files uploaded in RGB may shift during conversion)

  • Proper bleed, margins, sizing, and formatting

Printorius is not responsible for:

  • Color variations between monitors and printed output

  • Color shifts caused by file conversion

  • Issues in artwork provided “as-is” (spelling, layout, low resolution, etc.)

We reserve the right to reject files that are unsuitable for printing, but final responsibility for artwork accuracy lies with the customer.

8. Proofing & Order Approval

Printorius provides digital proofs during the ordering process. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

  • Layout

  • Spelling and grammar

  • Colors

  • Sizing

  • File alignment and bleed

Once approved and submitted to production:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Printorius is not responsible for errors found after approval

No physical proofs are provided unless explicitly purchased as an additional service.

9. Production Turnaround & Quantity Variances

Production times begin after proof approval and payment.

Because printing processes may vary, we reserve the right to ship up to ±5% of the ordered quantity. If exact quantities are required, order extra stock.

10. Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. Printorius is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen packages after shipment

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once the package is transferred to the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.

11. Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Other payment methods as listed on our Website

Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel or pause production.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they enter production.
After production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Design services, customization services, and special orders are non-refundable.

13. Promotions & Discounts

Promo codes and coupons:

  • Are valid for one-time use unless otherwise stated

  • Cannot be combined with other offers

  • Do not apply to taxes, shipping, or custom service fees

  • Cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders

Printorius may discontinue or modify promotions at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, software, design tools, layout, and branding—is the property of Printorius and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Design tools provided on the Website remain the intellectual property of Printorius. You do not acquire ownership rights to design elements used to create your product.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all services are provided “as is” and without warranties, express or implied.
Printorius does not guarantee that:

  • The Website will operate without interruption

  • The Website will be error-free or virus-free

  • Product colors will exactly match digital previews

Your use of the Website is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Printorius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in dispute

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by artwork errors, shipping issues, or technical failures

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; if so, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Printorius harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or litigation arising from:

  • Your use of the Website

  • Your uploaded content

  • Any violation of these Terms

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Website if we believe you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Website at any time. Upon termination, all obligations regarding payment, liability, and intellectual property remain in effect.
