Refund & Return Policy – Printorius Inc.

At Printorius Inc. (“Printorius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take pride in producing high-quality custom prints. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or reprints may be issued.
By placing an order with Printorius, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they enter production.
If you cancel before production, a full refund will be issued.
Once an order enters production, cancellations are not allowed.
2. Proof Approval
All orders require your approval of the electronic proof before production.
You are responsible for verifying spelling, layout, colors, and content.
Printorius will not be responsible for errors in the final product if the proof was approved.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Printorius will review the claim and may issue:
A replacement/reprint of the affected items, or
A refund for the affected items, including shipping costs if applicable.
4. Incorrect Orders
If we make an error in your order (wrong item, wrong quantity, or incorrect customization), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will correct the error by providing a replacement/reprint at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on Printorius’ part.
6. Return Shipping
For approved returns, Printorius will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for returning items in original condition unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Custom printed items approved through proofing are non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
Digital design services or logo creation services are non-refundable once delivered.
